We're in a new sermon series on The Lord's Prayer. Jesus gave his disciples this prayer to teach them how to pray according to God's kingdom purposes. In the opening line of the prayer, Jesus teaches his disciples to address God as "Our Father in Heaven". What does it mean to pray to God "Our Father"? How do we pray trusting God Our Father when our relationship with our earthly father was harmful or abusive? How can God heal our false images of him through prayer? We'll explore in today's message.
