As we slowly come out of the COVID-19 pandemic and return to
“normal,” it is a good opportunity to reflect upon the ways we’ve
changed and grown during this period. We’ve acknowledged many
losses, but it’s also good to reflect on the things we gained that we may
not have expected.

Here are some questions to help you reflect on your experience over this pandemic period:
• What are some of the things you have learned over the course of the pandemic?
• What are some of the things you are more mindful of and appreciate more after the pandemic?
• What were some of the things that got your through the pandemic? What things did you begin during the pandemic that you hope to continue into the future?
• How has your faith/relationship with God changed as a result of the pandemic? What faith practices, if any, did you develop over the pandemic that you hope to continue?
• What are your hopes for the future coming out of the pandemic?
• What was your biggest challenge you overcame during the pandemic? What are you most thankful for?
Feel free to add and answer other questions that come to mind. The pandemic was no doubt a very difficult season for us all. There were many sacrifices we made, as well as many things we lost. However, there were also ways we learned and grew during this time. I hope these questions help you reflect upon your experience during the pandemic so you can emerge living more intentionally into the future. God is in the business of redeeming the difficult and painful times in our lives, bringing us through to new life and new beginnings. My prayer is that God will reveal moments of his grace and blessing, even in the midst of this difficult season.

Blessings,

Hilary
