One Shot Sunday
Posted: November 7, 2013On Sunday, October 13, Nicole Gill, Abby Condliffe, Charlotte Condliffe, and Sophia Marianiello, along with Rebecca Condliffe, took part in the One Shot Sunday event at Red Clay Presbyterian Church. Youth from Presbyterian churches in the area gathered to package meals for Stop Hunger Now, an organization that brings healthy, cheap meals to countries where hunger is a major problem. About 200 people attended the event and packed 21,722 meals. Afterwards, a pizza dinner was provided for everyone present, followed by a youth-focused service.
